Rooms and Amenities

The Master Suite covers 1030 sq. ft. and includes a standalone kitchen with an attached dining room and couch that converts to a pullout bed. The attached bedroom features a king-sized mattress, fireplace, and a patio with access to a jacuzzi. The master bathroom features double sinks and contains an elegantly tiled Roman tub and rain shower with glass panel walls overlooking skyline views of Paradise Valley. This suite also features a portable massage table in the bedroom closet that can be utilized for private appointments. Comfortably sleeps 4.

The In-Law Suite features a 165 sq. ft. bedroom with a queen-sized bed, 65" TV, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks. The bathroom connects to the mirror lounge for easy access to the fitness room.

The 177 sq ft. Twin Room comes equipped with a bunk bed that's base is a full sized mattress topped with a twin atop. The sliding glass doors are draped with black-out currents and provides easy access to our outdoor dining area and pool.

The Queen Room spans 239.5 sq. ft. with a walk-in closet, it contains two queen-sized beds, one being an incline adjustable tempur pedic. It is located across the hall from a full-sized bathroom and has sliding door access to the pool and barbeque area.

Skybox is uniquely designed to have several distinct spaces for recreation and entertainment. Our billiards room contains a full-sized regulation pool table, fire place, and television. Our mirror lounge features a couch, mirrored walls and dancing pole. The fitness room contains free weights, a cable machine, yoga mats, and elliptical. Lastly, our office and den is perfectly equipped to host any of your private business or study means, it contains a printer, monitor and whiteboard for the use of those who still need to work comfortably while still enjoying their vacation.

The main kitchen features a large countertop island complete with an electric stove, double fridge, Nepresso machine, and Vitamix blender. While the entire main house is equipped with a water softener, the main kitchen also comes fitted with reverse osmosis drinking water. It connects to the laundry room equipped with an ice machine. The adjacent bar top contains a double sink with wrap around countertops equipped with bar seating, it opens up top a small lounge area overlooking the backyard and pool. The dining room is located in an alcove near the main entrance, the glass top dining table comfortably seats 8. The kitchen and dining room both open up into our media room and additional recreational spaces, this makes it an amazing central location in the house to gather and socialize while enjoying all that Skybox has to offer.

The Skybox backyard is perfectly equipped for wide array of amenities. Enjoy the Arizona sun while you BBQ in our outdoor dining area or take a dip in the pool. The backyard also has a ping pong table, putting green, jacuzzi, firepit, as well as private gate access to Phoenix's Lookout Mountain Trail.

Our media room features 4 fully synced 65" plasma screens equipped with all your favorite streaming platforms. This room serves as the center point of the house as it connects directly to the kitchen, dining room, office/den, mirror lounge, fitness room, in-law suite, and a hallway that accesses every other room in the house. It features beautiful travertine floors with a wraparound couch that easily seats 10-12 people. The couch can be easily moved so that the space can be utilized for additional standing space for events.
